[Slashcode-development] Allowing comment moderation and article participation

Greetings,

Does anyone know if it is possible to allow people to comment / participate
in articles in which they have moderated the comments of other users?

We would like users to be able to rate all comments always, even in articles
in which they participate. If this is not possible we'll code it up and make
it a config option for slash.
