you need to explain in detail the way in which your story submission queue
plugin works.  you have NOT explained it in any reasnoable sense, other
than saying that it will exist.  chris is right, it *does* merit
explanation.  even for those of us who have a vague sense of what you are
doing- we'd like to make sure that you are on the 'right path' and aren't
wasting your time on something that's going to be blatantly useless to
everyone else :)

so please do explain it instead of being hostile to nandor... thanks.
