I hate to sound like an idiot, but...

I'm a little confused about where site configuration information is
being kept in Bender.  Would somebody please point me in the right
direction?

I'm walking through the code, trying to figure the best way to
implement such a thing.  Unfortunately, I have very little experience
with mod_perl, so I get confused too quickly.
