There is an unsubscribe plugin that will let you (as an admin) hit / 
unsubscribe.pl on your site and paste in a list of email addresses  
that should be unsubscribed.

It apparently does all of the work for you.

You would just have to install-plugin on your site to add it so it's  
available for your website.
