#99 Display expiration date/time with number of mod points

I often only hit Slashdot every 3-4 days, and even then
sometimes I'm just "microbreaking" from coding. When I
see that I have moderator points, I feel compelled to
use them, but would like to save the extra click to
find out their expiration date to see if I need to
browse at 0 or -1 and use them *now*.

I wouldn't mention it, but it's bothered me long enough
I thought I'd suggest it. I've let points go unused a
number of time thinking, "I'll do that from home
tonight," forgotten, and hit the expiration time before
I get back to looking, sometimes even the next day.

If you could [user-optionally?] change the line:
You have 5 Moderator Points! Use 'em or lose 'em!

... to something like...

You have N Moderator points and NN Hours to use them or
lose them!

... I'd sure appreciate it, which I imagine means
several hundred more people would as well.
