#94 Remove comment time constraints from one's own JE
In one's own JE, let the user post without time
constraints.
The constraints should not be needed, as one is
unlikely to abuse his own journal.
It would be a help when one is commenting in reply to
many users who commented to him. As such, it is likely
that the user has a valid reason to reply to multiple
people is succession, possibly less than two minutes in
reply, since replies to someone else's comments in
one's own Journal, can be very small.

I don't want this for Slashdot, but it's a reasonable feature request for
Slash itself. (my reason of course is that these limits exist to prevent
crapflooding robot posts. If I remove them, then a user can DoS us)

I didn't think of Robot or Dos In this case, interesting. An
interesting twist would be karma based, but, i understand
the inherent problems.
