#71 Anchor tags in main page

Feature request: Would it be possible to add anchor
tags to the main page for each story listed, using the
story id.

That way those creating headline lists via the RDF
could link directly to the story on the main page,
rather than only having the option of the story thread.

I'd rather people link directly to the article.pl instead of
usign anchors with the index itself, since that provides
users with "MOre". Of course, a logged in user could
disable comments on article.pl if bandwidth was a concern.
