#7 story/comment user_param field

I would like to see a field in both the
stories and comments tables, that would hold a string,
that, if

if thisstring<>NULL && $user->{'thisstring'} then
show story or
view comments

else

showaccessdeniedmessagetemplate

end if

So one could have entire sections, or stories within a
section, or comments in a story only viewable by users
who have that user param defined.

(If the comments/stories table had a seclev field,
this would work in a similar manner too).

I question this implementation described here and have no desire for
the function on Slashdot, but it seems legit for other
Slash sites.
