#66 Include All Stories From Section X

I frequently check slashdot.org, science.slashdot.org,
yro.slashdot.org and games.slashdot.org. I would like
to be able to include every story from these sections
on my slashdot.org homepage. There's a checkbox field
like this that would work similarly under "Homepage" in
the prefs: "Exclude Stories from the Homepage: ...
Sections".

In the event that this does not go through, I must
thank you for the new sidebar. It saves me a lot of time.

Right now you can collapse all sections into the mainpage,
but it's an all-or-nothing thing.

Ultimately, the checkboxes for sections should be replaced
with dropdowns. The options for each section currently are
essentially "Display Section Yes" "Display Section No" and
a global "Collapse" checkbox.

These 3 items go away. Instead a list of dropdowns is
presented. For each section, the options are

[ Display Only Normal Stories (Default) ]
[ Collapse Sectional Stories for this section ]
[ Ignore All stories in this section]

I'm flexible on the labels of these dropdowns, but I think
the 3 choices are clear.

For bonus points, the section menu on the left hand side
shouldn't display the N Extra text for sections that are
collapsed.
