#65 comments within particular thread ordered by date

Coment ordering by strictly date is great. It's now my
default view.

If would be nice, though, if ordering strictly by date
could be applied to a particular thread -- when the user
clicks the comment number of the first comment of the
thread, for example. All comments, including those in sub
threads would be ordered by date and not by thread.

Ideally, someone should be able to click on a arbitrary
message number and get all messages strictly ordered
by date in that thread.
