#61 Sticky Articles

I for one would find it particularly helpful if there was a
way to mark articles as 'sticky', so they always appear
on the homepage.
<p>Further, it would be really good if the sticky articles
were time limited, so you could say "make this article
sticky until 200X-YY-ZZ", then on 200X-YY-ZZ it goes
back to being an ordinary article in the Older Stuff list.
