#18 One-shot turn of of score modifires

At the end of the story content and right before the
comments, there's a bar where you can do a one-shot
change of threshold, sorting,
threading/nested/whatever. It would be good if, along
with these things, there was a button/menu/whatever to
say "ingore my reason and person modifiers". People
who are going to moderate would especially need this.

This is a reasonable request... actually it might be
nice as a checkbox that only appeared when you
had mod access. Low priority.
