#140 Trackback capabilities

Would be great if:
1 - slash could send a trackback ping signal to
original content websites indicating the slashsite host
a link to the original content website.

2 - slash story view could have a "trackback slashbox"
listing other sites that points to the slash story.

Re 1, yeah, we should probably do that. Patches welcome :)

Re 2, nope, doubt we ever will. Trackback spam is rampant and there is
potential for other kinds of abuse. We don't think they really get read (do you
ever click through them?), and they seem like a cheap vanity crosslink for
bloggers, more than a way for sharing thoughts. Yes, we could write code to
curb its abuse but it doesn't seem worth the hassle.

Keeping this issue open for #1, though.
