#124 default topics for nexus

[15:18] <tf23> i have what I think may be a good RFE: default
topics for a nexus. so when you are in mysection.sometld.com and
you click new for new story it'd automatically populate the topic
listing.

[15:20] <tf23> if we had a default-topics list, I know it'd save
me a few minutes for every story that i post.
