#122 Both option for Messages

Currently the preference options for the various
Messages are None, E-mail, Web. There should be a
Both option. To extend this, when a link is selected
in an email message it should mark the Web one as being
read.

The utility of this is that if there are a bunch of
messages in my email it is a lot easier to go through
the Web method than having to go back to my email for
each different message. In this way the Email message
acts as a notification that I have messages and the Web
allows me to go through them quickly.
