#120 Adding a refresh meta tag

How about adding a refresh meta tag to automatically
update the main page? Here's an example from web site
http://money.cnn.com that causes the browser to refresh
every 5 minutes.

<META http-equiv="refresh" content="300, URL=/index.html">

Excuse me if this has been suggested or is implemented
in some way I didn't see in my preferences on /.
