#115 Polls cannot be viewed through RSS

I use Slashdot and RSS feeds more than the viewing of
the front page because if I did not use RSS feeds i'd be
constantly reading slashdot instead of doing real work.

Unfortunately this means that I now hardly ever read the
front page... which means that I always miss out on
Slashdot Polls.

Could you please make an RSS feed that lists the new
polls and poll results once polls get retired / a new poll is
available?

using the new nexus/section/topic system.
