A private messaging feature would be nice to see - offtopic
conversations or those on expired discussions could go on, and private
conversations could be private. Currently, if someone wants to contact
someone who does not have a listed e-mail or IM address, they have to
either find an active JE or reply to a comment by that person (the latter
could cause Offtopic moderations)
