#107 Comment information in page title

I have recently started bookmarking user comments in stories that
may have interesting information. The problem is that web page
titles for stories are indistinguishable from web page titles for
individual comments from those stories, so I have to edit the
name. When you bookmark them normally, you can't tell if it's a
bookmark for the story or the comment. Take these two links for
example...

Could you make it so that the web page titles for comments had
information about the comment like the comment title and author?
It would make bookmarks for a story as well as bookmarks for
different comments in it distinguishable from one another.

Are you saying I should make the patch? I wouldn't know where to begin.
I'm not a software developer. I just thought I would suggest a feature, so
I sent it to you in an email and you asked me to put it on Sourceforge. I
would be curious about how to get into this kind of software
development, but the learning curve looks pretty steep.
