#100 Erasing Rejected Submissions

I suggest allowing users to delete rejected stories
from the list in their user panel and posting page.
Alternatively, you could push the rejection notice into
a user-message and simply omit them from the list of
stories. Users who submit frequently have to look at a
pile of rejections, when they should feel good about
contributing.

I wouldn't want to purge them from the DB entirely (well, maybe after 6
months or something) but I can see this as being a good idea. Patches
are always welcome!
