#576 Add RDFa semantic markup support to Slashcode

Manu Sporny

Add RDFa support to enable semantic markup for Slashcode. This will have several positive effects:

- Search engines are increasingly using semantic data to update their indexes.
- Client-side browser plug-ins (such as Operator and Fuzzbot) can identify, extract and process semantic data from web pages giving more UI opportunities to developers.
- Its the doing the Right Thing (tm) - expressing both human-readable and machine-readable data in the XHTML file such that both kinds of readers can understand the structured data in the web page.

I'd be more than happy to implement and have had an exchange with Jamie McCarthy on the SlashCode general mailing list about this (June 22nd, 2008 - would link to the message, but SF.net hasn't updated the mailing list index yet).
