#552 Removing html formatting from submitted stories

Hi,

Would be great if the story edition page would allow, through a button, to remove/clean certain html formatting tags.

Example: stories are often submitted with unwanted <br> and <b> html tags. (of course, <a href> tags must not be removed by the 'cleaning' process)
