#529 Tags - please add Counts

On the /tags and /my/tags pages, could you add usage
and/or article count columns to the display, because
then those who want to view clouds or do other analysis
could build them clientside.

Currently I cannot even see any ordering in the
displayed lists (its not alphabetic, nor by number of
articles) so even if its impractical to add the
additional columns could someone explain the current
sort orders in use?
