#4573 Missing bullets in Safari

In Safari, when viewing posts that contain bulleted lists (ul tag), the bullets are missing. This has been broken for a while (I reported it a couple of years ago, but I'm not seeing it in this bug tracker, so I guess it didn't make the leap over to SourceForge from whatever you were using internally before).

For example:

It looks right if I view it in my user control panel area, but it is wrong if you view it using the link above.
