#4549 No Moderation Points

Before the latest slashdot update, I would get 5 moderation points every 2 or 3 days (if I used them all). Since the last slashdot update, which has been a couple months now I believe --- I've gotten moderation points once. I've been on slashdot for at least 5 years now, and when I finally got my Karma up - I almost always had 5 moderation points to use as needed --- and now I basically never am able to moderate ??
