#4523 Can't get a preview (and hence can't post)

Preview button displays "loading" and then reverts to edit mode. Randomly, I will get through, but very rarely. I suspect this is due to a timeout since I am in south africa. But really I have no idea, Ping gives me a reply in 329ms... Its been like this for ages, but since I don't post often....

Affected browsers/operating systems:
Linux: Firefox, opera and google chrome.
Windows 7: Internet explorer 8, Chrome and Opera
