When clicking on the heading of comments, rather then shrinking the comment, the comment opens up. This occurs on Firefox, IE, Chrome and Safari. I also cannot spend my mod points, when choosing a category, the category in the selection box changes, but the points are not applied. I noticed the minimizing issue around 4 pm eastern time yesterday (8 pm GMT) and noticed the mod point issue this morning as I just received points this morning.

I have been experiencing this problem as well. It only occurs while you have mod points. When the points finally expired, normal browsing could resume.
