#4477 Bad Message Header

The daily "[Slashdot] Stories" email has an error in the message header. The header specifies: Content-type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii", however the message contains 8-bit characters (notably, 0x97). The "us-ascii" character set is a 7-bit character set as defined by ANSI. The occurance of the 8-bit character causes certain email clients to truncate the message at that point.
