#4462 Link in journal reply message sometimes broken

Sometimes, the link to a journal entry in the message indicating a comment to the JE is broken. This seems to happen in (1) other users' JEs, and (2) messages indicating replies to comments that other uses have made in my JEs. For example, this message (should be valid until 21 Feb 2010 or so): https://slashdot.org/messages.pl?op=display&id=28769102. This is the link that should go the the JE: https://slashdot.org/firehose.pl?op=view&id=. Clicking the link gives me a firehose page with the message "The item you're trying to view either does not exist, or is not viewable to you."
