#4410 "Jump to articles" link points to non-existant anchor

I use the elinks text browser a lot, and while Slashdot has a useful 'Jump to articles' link, the anchor it references (#articles) doesn't exist.

To reproduce:
- Open slashdot.org in elinks
- Click 'Jump to articles' link

Expected behaviour:
Browser jumps to articles

Observed behaviour:
Error received: "The requested fragment "#articles" doesn't exist"
