#4387 closing mod history loses view

Closing the moderation history causes the page view to jump to the top of the page. Observed for multiple articles in multiple sections, on an Ubuntu machine using firefox with no add-ons and on a Vista machine using firefox with no-script&adblockplus. This is for whatever the default dynamic current view is.

The firefox error console output when this occured was:
Error: document.forms.modal_prefs is undefined

I guess fixing a different bug fixed this one.
