#4315 Journal entry timestamps are wrong

For journal entries prior to the DST change last weekend, the time in the timestamp is displayed as one hour later than it should be. Times since the change appear to be correct.

Possibly interpreting time values with the current DST, rather than the one in effect at the time?

Firefox 3.0.7 on Mac OSX 10.5 and Windows Server 2003; Safari 3.2.1 on OSX 10.5 and Server 2003.
