Hi!

Non-ascii characters in comments are not handled properly.

If one enters "test : čšž ČŠŽ",
it results into : "test : ÄÅÅ¾ÄOEÅÅ½"

It should either:
- be displayed properly
or
- rejected with a short explanation why
