#4290 Lots of mod points

I just discovered that I've got 15 mod points on slashdot. Perhaps this is not a bug, but I was under the impression that users only got 5, so thought I should report it.

I'd just gone through a very long period without mod points, probably because I'd been checking too frequently. Then I didn't log in for a few days, and upon return, discovered 15 mod points.

I'm using firefox on ubuntu, if it's of any use. Noscript is enabled most of the time.
