#4277 Comment preferences inaccessable

On http://slashdot.org/help, all three of the 'discussion' preferences (discussions, posting, viewing) all now direct to the (terrible) http://slashdot.org/my/comments page.

Those used to direct to the -preferences- for comments (users.pl?op=editcomm), not the bad new equivalent of users.pl. To boot, users.pl had a link to the settings as well. Now, there's no link to the settings anywhere, and as such it's impossible to change the reason modifiers, people modifiers, etc.

Please relink to http://slashdot.org/users.pl?op=editcomm like they are supposed to be.
