#4264 Meta-moderate can show your own moderated items

I moderated some items, then went to meta-moderate. One of the posts was an item I'd just moderated. My moderation was the first and only on that post, so essentially this was letting me validate my own moderation. For better accuracy, meta-moderate should exclude posts you have moderated yourself. Perhaps it should exclude the entire topic when you have moderated in it.
