#4248 Cannot click on Tags

For some reason, I can no longer click on the tags to bring me to the "Article tagged with" page. On Firefox 3.X, the tags shows an odd oval with "x!" on it, which serves no purpose since I cannot click on them (I don't know what they do anyway). On IE, they just show "static" text of the tag (no hyperlink).

Judging from the behavior on IE, I suspect this is a "feature", not a bug. If so, why? I used to use this feature so much. What's the point of putting up tags if you cannot navigate to stories with same tags in a click?

Actually, the floating bubble appears to have links to remove tags or add contradicting "!" tags. However, there is a gap between the tag's active rectangle and the bubble, and except for random race conditions, moving the pointer to the bubble causes the bubble to disappear before the cursor arrives.

I suggest making the bubble and tag adjacent, or in the alternative, putting in a second-or-so delay before removing the bubble.
