#4237 Reply button has developed growths

On the Post Comment page (using the D1 discussion system), the "Reply to this" button seems to have developed some form of cancer which causes it to grow out of its normal rounded-rectangle.

Repro:
1) Open a Slashdot thread
2) Click Reply on any given post
3) Recoil in terror at the resulting "Reply to This" button, an abomination before God!
