Using the D1 discussion system, a mysterious translucent blue oval appears while hovering with your mouse over story tags.

Repro:
1) Open the Slashdot home page
2) Hover your mouse over story tags until you find one with a mysterious blue oval
3) Wonder aloud whether anybody, ever, has actually QAed Slashdot's homepage. Or if Slashdot even has such a thing as a "staging server." Or whether anybody even reads these... there's certainly nobody fixing them.
This is on Firefox 3.0.3.
That "oval" is a button with a "!" in it to quickly anti-tag something; i.e. if something's tagged "idleispants" you can click on the "!" to apply a "!idleispants" tag.
Of course getting to actually click on the damn "!" is an exercise in frustration in itself (at least in Firefox) since there's a one pixel gap between the tag and the "!" button and moving the mouse from the tag to the "!" makes the "!" disappear most of the time... how about doing that disappearing act with a 0.5 second timeout?

Ah, you have sharper eyes than I do. If I squint, I can now almost partially make out the dark-blue ! on the almost-as-dark-blue background.
