#4227 New Slashdot frontend can hinder moderation

In the new frontend that is now running for some months, it might happen that you accidentally modeate a comment, e.g. by using the scrollwheel when over a moderation combobox. The javascript then sets the moderation immediately, without possibility of removal. I would like to see a button 'Moderate', like in the old style, that you need to hit, before moderation gets applied.
