#4224 Impossible to submit a story

I can't submit a story to Slashdot since yesterday. The last line of the http://slashdot.org/submit.pl page says "You are not allowed to use this resource."

This bug should not be closed - I have the same problem as of today (December 4th 2008), my slashdot id it "Lorphos" (194963)
