#4222 new sections do not honor default section display options

Go to Help & Preferences->Index->Sections and set All Sections to one of the two abbreviated options (one small bar or two small bars), then click Save.

Newly added sections such as Search (like Idle before it) do not respect this setting, and instead default to Full Text view.
