#4153 Slashdot blocked on Cogeco.com

For the past week Slashdot.org and independent.co.uk have been blocked by cogego.com cable system here in Niagara Falls Ontario.

Cogeco is unresponsive to request for help with this issue.

Slashdot and independent are both accessbile on my DSL modem at work (I use the same laptop at home and work, so it is not my machine), so it looks like the problem is with a slashdot/cogeco interaction.
