#4097 D2 loses comment being edited
I'm using Firefox 2.0.0.12 and the new discussion system.
A couple of times now I'll have been posting with the new inline comment submission box and the screen will jump (as if I scrolled) and the comment box will be empty when I scroll back. Pressing ctrl-z does not undo this, the comment appears to be lost.
This has never happened to me with the old system in thousands of posts but has in 2 of the ~5 posts I've made with the new system. Both were longer posts - it appears to happen every 5-10 minutes (the random 'scrolling'), and only wipes the post every few times.
Slashdot, post D2, is the only place I see this.
Is there a way to disable the new posting system while using the rest of D2?

I've not seen this happening and can't duplicate it. Can you give any more information about what happens? I want to fix this, of course, but I can't see what the problem might be. :/
As to using the old posting system with D2, there's a link right there when you click reply to the "old form."
