#4063 Tags - listed links often point to 'submit.pl'

Click on a tag such as 'censorship' and the list of articles and firehose submissions with that tag show up.

these links contain either 'articles.pl' or 'firehose.pl' or, and this is the problem I'm finding several stories links are incorrectly pointing to 'submit.pl' which then brings up the submission engine, not the story in question.

This means the only way of getting to the story is to then search for the title on the firehose main page. It makes the tags rather redundant :(
