#4054 Floating D2 box blocks left sidebar

With D2 on, and the floating box-thing set to float on the left, it will cover the lower part of the sidebar when scrolling to the top of the page.

Occurs in Firefox 2.0.0.12 and Opera 9.26. In Firefox the stuff after "Supporters" and in Opera after "Submit story" is behind the box.
