#4024 MetaMod: asked to, given old msgs, told can't

Sorry, the Summary field was too short for my description.

This AM I was asked to metaMod. When I clicked the link I was given a list of messages that I had previously metamodded. I did that, but when I submitted them I was told something along the lines of sorry, you can't metamod right now.
