#3968 Cannot undo moderation

It's all to easy, especially on a notebook, for the mouse/trackpad to slip and send off the wrong moderation in the current system.

The current one is in some ways easier, however, it is far easier to make a mistake. The earlier moderation system allowed you to submit the moderations as a separate action. That was probably an artifact of the technology, but not necessarily all bad.

There should be some way to prevent or reduce accidents. It would help out a lot of people: travellers, shaky people, those with severe motor impairment, etc.

Perhaps use a buffer period of some kind or a summary that one reviews before finalizing moderations.
