#3959 Pages increasingly distorted

Using (mandated) IE6, main and article pages have been getting progressively more distorted. The "new" article view has distorted graphics. On the main page, for the past few weeks, the line "xxx of xxx comments" was overlapping part of the "Read More" line (previously reported). This morning, it's off the page entirely, to the right. The story headings are in an invisible color, and the heading background is also missing now.
