#3895 "Read More..." link on home page doesn't always need to be

For stories on the index page "Read More..." links to article.pl or the shtml page. For some stories on slashcode sites (those with no comments or extended copy) there is nothing else, so there's no need to "Read More".

This obviously doesn't ever happen on slashdot.org but I imagine it happens to most other slashcode sites.
